Same-day visits cover everything within about 45 minutes of our Northern Beaches base — Northern Beaches, North Shore, Hornsby, the CBD, Inner West and Eastern Suburbs. Further out, like Western Sydney, the Sutherland Shire or the Blue Mountains, we still come, but by arrangement rather than same-day. Enter your address when you book and we'll tell you which one you are.
Because it pays for the trip, and what a trip really costs is time, not kilometres. From our Northern Beaches base the CBD is about 40 minutes across the Spit Bridge, while Hornsby is further away on the map but only 30 minutes up the motorway — so the CBD costs a little more. We work the fee out from real driving time to your address, which is why it's exact rather than a flat rate.
You can reschedule or cancel up to 2 hours before your appointment at no charge.
Yes, we carry common parts in the van, but they are not included in the service price — they're charged separately at cost price with no markup.
A basic tune-up takes 45-90 minutes. Full services can take 2-3 hours depending on the work required.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. A call-out deposit (from $25, depending on your suburb) is charged at booking; the remainder is charged on completion.
