We service all suburbs within the Sydney metro area, including the CBD, Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, North Shore, and Western Sydney. Check availability when booking.
What if I need to reschedule?
You can reschedule anytime via your booking confirmation link or by calling us. No cancellation fee if you reschedule more than 2 hours in advance.
Do you bring spare parts?
Yes, our fully-equipped van carries common parts like brake pads, cables, chains, and tubes. For less common parts, we'll source them and return to complete the service.
How long does a service take?
A Tune-Up typically takes 45-60 minutes. A Standard Service takes 60-90 minutes. A Standard+ Service can take 2-3 hours. We'll give you an estimated time when you book.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. A $20 call-out deposit is charged at booking; the remainder is charged on completion.
